Interview

Jane Street is always looking for great people. Our main interview season for undergraduate recruiting is the fall, from late September to mid-November, but we're looking for candidates year-round. The interview process will start with a short initial interview, usually either on campus or over the phone. Following that will be one to three intensive phone interviews. The final step is an invitation to come to our office for a day of challenging interviews with everyone from potential peers to company founders.
